North of Cabarrus Avenue crews installed the new water main up to Killarney and are working on connecting to the existing water lines. Next week they’ll pressure test the water line before connecting the final two water services.
Conduit installation continues on the west side of Union St N as well. Crews will begin pouring the first 5 Ft of sidewalk in this area early next week.
South of Cabarrus Avenue crews cut and lifted water valves on Union St S. The decorative fence and light pole installation is scheduled to begin next week.
