Downtown Concord continues to offer new opportunities for people looking to live, shop, or work. This website will keep our community updated on revitalizing public and private development activity. You’ll also find information on existing and new businesses downtown. The City’s streetscape project will replace aging utility infrastructure and improve pedestrian walkability, recreation, and outdoor dining opportunities. Lansing Melbourne Group’s Novi mixed-use projects will add new market-rate and workforce apartments, commercial retail space, and a rooftop restaurant to the heart of downtown. Explore this website to learn more about these and other changes that are underway or coming soon.
