This week, Streetscape crews completed the new storm drainage installation on the “Courthouse side” of Union Street between Corban and the midblock crosswalk.

Starting next week, crews will begin water line work in the Corban Avenue intersection to connect the new water main on Union Street to the existing water main in Corban Avenue.

As not to disturb daytime traffic, this work will be completed in the evenings from 7 pm to 6 am. Work will also occur over the weekend of June 10-11. Weather permitting, this work should be complete on or around June 12. Through traffic will remain open in the intersection with flaggers and control measures in place to direct traffic.

Please note, during this time construction crews will not work within the current work zone during the day.
