Since our last update, crews have continued installing sidewalks in the north block near Killarney and in front of the 1975 Courthouse. Paver crews have also been installing brick pavers between Cabarrus and Killarney.

This week, crews milled and profiled the roadway before installing the final lift of asphalt at Cabarrus Ave.

Landscaping has begun at Corban Ave with the first street trees installed this week. Crews will continue to work on-site to install plantings.

The sidewalks and curb have been demolished south of Corban Ave in preparation for new sidewalks.
