Streetscape crews continued installing conduit and grading the roadway north of Cabarrus Avenue. They also started installing the stone base in the roadway and pulled the string for curb installation, which is scheduled for next week.
South of Cabarrus Avenue all light poles were installed except two to be installed near the 1975 Courthouse Renovation. Three of the four festoon poles have also been installed.
At Corban Avenue, crews poured the curb, installed granite restraints, installed ADA ramps, and poured the concrete base in preparation for brick pavers. Crews also graded the sidewalk in this area.
Finally, asphalt crews installed the final lift from Cabarrus Ave towards the Courthouse Plaza connection.
