This week, Streetscape crews started installing storm drainage between Cabarrus Ave and the Library. Weather permitting, they will complete this work later today, completing all storm drainage for the Streetscape project! Next week, crews will move the construction fence up to Killarney to work on the last piece of the new water line installation. See the map below for detour and parking access information.
Sidewalk crews are working on the last remaining sections south of Cabarrus. Pouring concrete and installing brick pavers. We anticipate paver work will continue next week as crews complete the midblock crossings.
Electric crews have started pulling wire in preparation for light pole delivery and installation next week.
