Short update this week. Streetscape crews continued demo and started grading of the roadway on Union St S and Barbrick Ave.
Next week, subcontractors will be out to install conduits for electrical and fiber and we may see some stone being laid and graded for the new roadwork.
In the next few weeks crews will work on new curbing and up to the base layer of asphalt on Union St and Barbrick Ave. Weather permitting, expect to see the fence moving to the next work zone between Barbrick Ave and Cabarrus Ave around mid-November.
