Novi Rise (Market St) – Estimated completion is Early 2024. Drywall is being installed on the 6th and 5th floors with the bottom three floors currently going through inspections. Masonry and siding are being installed on the exterior as well.

Novi Lofts (Union St) – Estimated completion is Summer 2024. Currently masonry and concrete crews are working on site in preparation for wood framing which will begin next week.
