Main water line installation is 90% complete in this phase of our Downtown Streetscape project! This week, crews were also able to repair an existing water main that was leaking on Barbrick Ave.

Next week, crews will start conducting tests on the newly installed 16″ main water lines. Crews will also move back to storm drainage work on Union Street between Barbrick Ave and and Corban Ave in front of the Courthouse.

While this work is being completed, a portion of the sidewalk in front of the Courthouse will be closed. To better accommodate pedestrian access to the Courthouse and businesses during this work, the Contractor will be opening a temporary crosswalk near Means Avenue.
