Beginning Monday, March 13 at 7:00 a.m., crews will be working to mill and overlay the asphalt on Church Street and Corban Ave in downtown Concord. After mill and overlay operations conclude, a striping subcontractor will temporarily stripe the mill and overlay area, as permanent striping cannot be applied immediately. Once the asphalt has sufficient time to cure, the striping subcontractor will return to apply permanent striping.  During this one-day project, traffic control will be in place as only one lane will be open.
